Warranty Statement

This warranty is given by Turbo Specialists Pty Ltd (“the Supplier”). This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Turbo Specialists must be notified prior to removal of any supplied goods if a potential warranty issue is suspected. Failure to comply with this requirement may void a warranty claim.
1. Proof of Purchase & Warranty Claims
Warranty is subject to payment in full and the customer producing proof of purchase.
The return of goods for warranty consideration, inspection, or testing will not be permitted without the completion of a Turbo Specialists warranty claim form.
2. Warranty Period & Coverage
During a period of either:
- 12 months from the date of invoice, or
- Where the goods and services have been in use, service, or operation in an automotive engine for 20,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first),
Turbo Specialists will, at its absolute discretion, repair or replace any defective goods or services at no charge.
For Industrial and Marine applications, warranty coverage is limited to 12 months from the date of invoice or 1,000 operating hours (whichever occurs first).
This warranty does not apply where defects arise from:
- Improper adjustment, operation, or use
- Modification, adaptation, or addition to the goods or services
- Misuse or operation contrary to product specifications
- Inadequate preventative maintenance
- Fuel, oil, or other contamination
- Servicing not authorised by Turbo Specialists
- Incorrect usage, storage, or installation not in accordance with product instructions
- Normal wear and tear or electrical issues
- Any repair, adjustment, or support by persons not authorised by Turbo Specialists
- Use of parts or components not supplied or approved by Turbo Specialists
3. Australian Consumer Law
If the Customer is a Consumer as defined in Section 3 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumers are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
4. Inspection & Labour Costs
The cost of inspection and labour associated with the removal and replacement of any defective goods or services (including travel and accommodation costs) shall be the responsibility of the Customer until verified by the Supplier as a valid warranty claim.
Once verified, these costs will be negotiated with Turbo Specialists.
5. Assignment
This warranty cannot be assigned without the prior written consent of Turbo Specialists Pty Ltd.
6. Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers faulty new or reconditioned components or faulty workmanship relating to the purchased product.
Customer-supplied or reused parts are not covered under this warranty.
7. Exclusions
Turbo Specialists does not warrant any product used in:
- Motor racing or sports competition
- Off-road professional or recreational use
- Custom or modified applications
- Illegal highway use
- Marine, industrial, or commercial use outside intended design parameters
